I do approach Inspector Javert from the Les Miserables movie. But I also borrow from the book as well. I am familiar with the both the abridged and the full novel having read both a several times. I do like to give my characters depth and try to make them approachable. Otherwise what's the fun of being in a game?

Personality: Inspector Javert is a strict and rigid police officer. He had made his life the law and believes himself to be the law. He rarely shows any form of sympathy or empathy toward the people, trying to be unbiased as he has to deal with various situations. He lets nothing get in his way and doesn't let go of things easily. He is also one to believe that if he was able to make an honest living without help... that others were capable. When shown compassion by his enemy, he was unable to comprehend that people can change and it broke him.
